PACKAGING SCALES

Our packaging scales come from the family of weigh filling weighing solutions, which is the PrimoLinear series. WeighPack System’s packaging scales are designed for free and semi-free flowing products including beans, rice, poultry, snack food, confections, fresh produce, spices, coffee, pet food, frozen foods, chemicals, hardware and more.

The PrimoLinear series is available in several models and is built for weights between 1 gram up to 50 lbs with filling rates up to 50 cycles per minute. All designs include stainless steel open frame
construction, sanitary design, tool-less removable contact parts and more.

OUR PACKAGING SCALES INCLUDE:

PrimoLinear V-mini

First off, is the PrimoLinear V-mini vibratory automatic scale. It can be moved from one point to another using vibration, hence, the name. Its vibratory pans are mounted directly to an independent vibrator that will give the operators a complete control over the packaging scale. It features a Pneumatic gate that will increase overall accuracy. An open frame design and tool-less disassembly that will allow easy cleaning maintenance. The V-mini can also be easily rolled into a production line. or mounted to auxiliary equipment.

PrimoLinear V5

Second, is the PrimoLinear V5 linear net weigher is ideal for starter business owners. Since the packaging scale begins with a single lane and can be later on expanded up to four lanes. It has time-saving features such as a tilting hopper that does not require changeover.

Tool-less removable parts, and standardized components that are also known to lessen your maintenance cost. With its modular design, adding another lane is as easy as a simple plug. It is equipped with a spring-mounted vibrates resulting in a faster and more precise product flow. Lastly, it has quick access drawer for electronics storage that promotes a faster serviceability.

PrimoLinear V-25

For bulk weigh filling applications, we have the PrimoLinear V-25 that is commonly used by some of the world’s largest confectionery and frozen foods companies. Built with a heavy-duty stainless steel frame and contact parts, this hardcore construction of the V-25 is expected to survive even in the toughest production environment.

Our V-25 is available in both single and twin lane models. It can also be interfaced to the WeighPack’s triple plan configuration to maximize production accuracy.

PrimoLinear C and IW Series

Finally, we are down to the PrimoLinear C and IW Series specifically designed for conveyorized weigh filling of difficult to move products wherein vibrations are not applicable. These two are perfect for weigh filling fresh-cut fruits and vegetables, shredded cheese, fresh meat, poultry and seafood into bags, trays, boxes, containers or cases.
