Swifty Bagger

The Swifty uses non-wicket pre-made bags and automatically grabs, opens, fills and seals the bag. This intermittent motion bagger runs gusset, pillow, flat bottom, zipper and stand-up bags. Its touch screen controls make the Swifty Bagger very user friendly. Ideal for liquids & powders.It assures smooth consistent movement with no risk of de-synchronization. Cycle 40 per minute with 1-up, 2-up, or 3-up bags per cycle. Can produce up to 100 bags per minute depending on the model.

The Swifty Bagger uses an ALLEN BRADLEY PLC. The Operating parameters are simple to access and quick to adjust. Easily interfaced with auxiliary equipment such as augers, scales, piston fillers and more.
