This completely integrated system includes the following machines:

A typical bulk box processing line includes up to 5 separate machines working side by side. With this complete system, you can reduce the amount of floor space required by 50%!

The VerTek 2400 reduces downtime and will reduce your film costs by 50% by going from bag to roll-stock on larger laminated bag sizes.

Requiring one operator to monitor and operate, the system is very user-friendly in design and easy to use. Since the top of the bag does not need to be sealed, it can be easily interfaced with a KwikLok or simply folded over.

The integrated system includes a conveyor feeding boxes from the Eagle T12 to the VerTek 2400.

The empty boxes are stopped at the appropriate position with sensors for “no box/no fill”. Once the box is in position, the VerTek makes a bag and drops it into the box.

The V-25 is then triggered to drop the product by pulling the film once the bag is ready for box insertion. The box can then be shaken to ensure the product levels out prior to releasing to top case sealer.

System Components

TigerScale V-25
	The TigerScale V-25 features a 1.5 cubic foot weigh bucket mounted on two heavy duty load cells reducing the risk of imbalanced readings caused by using only one load cell. Dual FMC heavy duty motor drives the transfer pan sitting below the feed hopper. To assure optimum accuracy the separations caused by line vibrators allow for total control over product flow. This allows the stop/start flow of product to be optimal as the thickness and consistency of the flow is governed by the secondary or third feed pans. Accuracy can be measured in grams on a 50 pound weighment.

Vertek 2400
	The VerTek 2400 model makes a 24” wide bag from 50” roll stock at speeds up to 8 bags per minute. Depending on material and requirements, the seal assembly is offered in several styles and configurations. Styles of bags can include a carry handle, panel mounted zippers, side gussets, and flat bottom. The Vertek 2400 is available at a 30% slant to allow fragile products to slide rather than drop vertically. The Vertek 2400 was also developed with vacuum/gas flush capabilities.

Eagle T-12 Case Erector
	The Eagle T12 case erector/taper will automatically open, tuck and seal the underside of the box. The T12 has a very small footprint, is simple and not as intimidating as some brands. A simple user-friendly design engineered to produce up to 12 cases per minute. The T12 is reliable and will steadily deliver boxes ready to be filled as needed.
