This automatic case erector and bottom sealer is capable of running both RSC and HSC style boxes. The Eagle T12 case erector/taper automatically opens, tucks and seals the underside of the box. The T12 transfers a blank from the supply hopper to the erecting station. The blank is then opened and the two minor flaps will be folded into the box, preceded by the major flaps. The erected cased is then moved through the tape cartridge, where 2” tape will be applied to the flaps of the box. Dual motorized side and/or top belts discharge the box. A simple user-friendly design engineered to produce up to 12 cases per minute.
